  • Defects in materials that affect the performance or durability of the footwear

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care

  • Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or repairs by unauthorized parties

  • Natural breakdown of materials over time due to regular use

  • Water damage unless the product is specifically labeled as waterproof

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase

  2. Provide clear photos and a description of the defect

  3. If required, return the item for inspection

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  • If the product is found to be defective, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement, or refund

  • If the product is no longer available, a comparable item or refund may be offered

6. Exclusions and Limitations
